Impressive acting from Lincoln in this scene. He hit that broken stage of desperation and grief where you start becoming unintelligible and your speech reverts to a toddler that only happens when the brain is so severely over stimulated from trauma it protects itself.

Reading the comics and then seeing this play out on screen was incredible. The way Negan takes the guy who has been the show's badass and makes him his bitch (even if only temporarily) was the greatest way to introduce a villain I've ever seen
