Great video, however I have two corrections for you.

That "heatsink" on the outside is actually an EMI shield. It was soldered to a common point to act as a partial faraday cage to keep the charger within EM emission requirements. Those small switching circuits and transformers are VERY noisy. It has very little to do with heat besides at least being thermally conductive to pass heat to the outside enclosure for dissipation.

The "thermal adhesive" and "thermal glue" as you always call it is primarily just a vibration dampener. All that white gunk (or whatever colour they use in each charger) is just to keep everything glued down so that if you drop the charger, the capacitors and other big components don't just rattle their solder joints loose. There will be some small thermal benefits to it, helping to spread heat away from hot components and to the enclosure, but that isn't the primary purpose.

Keep up the great videos! Not many channels offer this kind of in-depth component analysis of modern products.

Really neat channel. I've never seen such a thorough tear down before. I'd be very interested in a side by side comparison of similar chargers, ie All 2/3 port 65w chargers

Would you say this charger is of better quality than baseus gan 3 65w?

Love your channel, great stuff.
Can you please do a teardown of an offboard EV Charger? Low and higher power ratings too!
Thank you.

Disappointed on the components inside (non power integration chip, cheap capacitors etc.. wondering if components inside differs from the anker ganII 3port the original looks like the 65w ganII

There's also a Jinx version with one port. Can you do a breakdown of that one too? I subbed. I really like your content.

There is a iNepo (or iLepo, they write it different sometimes..) 65W GaN charger, it has basically the same specs on paper as the charger from Anker but costs half the price. What are the differences?

hii can uprovide good information on part performance like caps some good one like niponchem rated 105 c 2.5k -3k hours some cheap one 105c in 1k -1.5k hours ... or some mosfet efficiency its resistance or response time ... or its charger voltage output noise ripples on max load on various voltage... some like marco reps review would be very good

Why did you stop reporting the power density?

I would pay extra to NOT have the League of Legends branding LMFAO

Please i want to buy a charger support pps protocol 45 watt to charge the new s22 ultra and samsung official charger have three supporting pps voltages
3-11V/4A
3.3-16V/2.8A
3.3-21V/2.1A
And it doesn't exit in my town and i found baseus gan3pro 65W & 100W charger that supporting pps protocol in the following voltage parameters
3.3-21V/5A only

Is baseus charger will be completely compatible with s22 ultra and give it the full charging speed as the original charger ?
- is the voltage parameter for baseus cover all the 3 voltages parameter of samsung official charger ??
