How to Use the Silk'n FaceFX

This company video does not provide enough information about how to use it properly, and it makes no mention of an oil-based serum to help the device slide on skin. It demonstrates a small circle and says to do for 5-7 minutes, but then says it only takes around 20 minutes to do the whole face. That does not add up. There is no safety information provided by the company; e.g., what about around the eyes? This important information is not provided in the box (which has even less instructions than is provided here) or anywhere else by Silk'n. I purchased a FaceFX from Ulta, but now I regret it because of this problem of a lack of official instructions. This seems to be a trend with electronic device products, and it's unacceptable.

I got one for Christmas I'm very happy. How can I incorporate this with my retin-a treatments? Should I stop retin-a while on Facefx treatments the first four weeks? And how about the once a week maintenance? Should I stop my retin-a for a couple of days before? What do you recommend? Thanks.

Does the FaceFX work on Sun damaged skin and how about Varicose Veins? I recently purchased the FaceFX but haven't tried it yet and I was wondering if I could use it for more than just my face?
