Rosita (Reese Witherspoon) creates some clever inventions to help her care for her 25 young piglets whilst also rehearsing for her upcoming debut performance.

Sing (2016) Dapper Koala Buster Moon presides over a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times. An eternal optimist, and a bit of a scoundrel, he loves his theater above all and will do anything to preserve it. Facing the crumbling of his life's ambition, he takes one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world's greatest singing competition. Five contestants emerge: a mouse, a timid elephant, a pig, a gorilla and a punk-rock porcupine.

This scene is both incredible and kinda sad. On the one hand it’s amazing she did that all on her own without any help and figured it out. However, it’s depressing that no one seems to notice that she’s not there.

Its so sad that she works so hard all day and when she wants to talk to her husband, hes already tired!! Does anyone including her husband realise her hard work? She assembled the machinery so well that people didnt notice she was absent. That shouts out her skill not only that she is able to work 10 times hard at house looking after 25 piglets but also good in tech when needs be. Later on she would prove herself as a great singer and dancer. A mother is everything!!❤

Esa escena me impactó demasiado. Increíble como no notaron su ausencia. Todo funcionaba en automático Por eso es que hay que sacar el tiempo y no olvidarnos de nosotras las madres. Al final todo sigue si agitado curso. Triste, pero también muy reflectiva.

I’m willing to forgive him. When you have THAT many kids, EVERYBODY survives on routine. The fact she said “That bad? Really?” When he groaned tells us that this reaction is unusual for him. He at least compliments her pies before passing out. It was just poor timing. She happened to audition right when he had the worst day at work ever.
Everybody would’ve noticed her absence eventually but they’re surviving on routine for now.

At the end she’s relieved and satisfied that her machine worked, not sad that she wasn’t needed. She BUILT the dang thing! He said “Same as always” and she was happy it worked. Then he compliments her again, patting her leg. “I don’t know how you do it all, honey.” And she smiles.
Plus, he DID take the kids to see her sing later!
