In this Photo Painting Full Edit Tutorial I will start out with a Photograph and transform it into a Painting. To get to the final result I will be using Luminar 4 and also Topaz Studio 2. I will be featuring the following filters: Topaz Abstraction Filter, Topaz Impression Filter, Luminar 4's Ai Enhance and Mystical. Near the end of the video I will be cutting out a Cardinal from a stock image and placing it into the Photo Painting.
