Printrbot Metal Plus Uneven Build Plate

So, I recently ordered a Printrbot Metal Plus to use for my Comm Tech program at my school. It's only been set up for a day. The auto-level software is actually causing the extruder to grind into the build plate, which is very bad. The supplier asked me to make a video documenting this, so here it is.

Yup, just move one of the z rods until it's level

Just make sure you hold the z rod tight with your other hand when moving the other one or you'll get no where. Turn your machine off also when moving it side to side to check it or you could end up crashing it when confirming each side.

It isnt the plate.  The z is higher on one side.  It is one of the items I didnt like on this design.  Supposedly you power down the printer and turn the high side clockwise (?) until the two sides are same height.  Granted there is nothing to stop your printer from getting out of alignment again.

Oh and that guage you had in there was too snug.  As in you had it too tight and need to raise it slightly, you should be able to slide it in or out with the tip of one finger (your gauge).

Having the same problem with my new simple metal. But I only have one z rod so not sure what to do about that. Still trying to work it out.
