These are my takes and theory's on Whitepine by Ivory, i really hope Ivory will see this :D (Ivory if you see this and leave a comment i will be happier than if i just won the lottery not even kidding.)

This server also contains people like Parrot (also known as ParrotX2 or zParrot) and Spoke (also known as SpokeIsHere). This is similar to Parrot or ParrotX2 on the school SMP series where he started a war or ended a war or when Spoke Created 1000+ Iron Golems To Kill 1 Player in Survival Minecraft. This is also similar to how Spoke created an Illegal Minecraft Farm or an Illegal Minecraft Vault. This is also similar to the Demise SMP, with creators such as InfamousJJ, Hot Chocolate, Only_A_Squid, PixelMaksis, and more Like how Infamous JJ became the Richest Player on the Most Brutal Minecraft SMP, or when he attacked his enemy or got revenge on the most brutal Minecraft SMP. Also, this is like how Carvs, or therealcarvs, did his ravagers trap; titled "I Killed a Stacked Player Using 117 Ravagers..."

Ivory almost definitely didnt do it but i think that everyone else will think that she did it in episode 2 because she had just joined the staff, wasnt at lunch, and snuck out of the dorms before work

To add to the pyro murderer theory, the way misty talked to him in the morning sounded very fearful. Maybe I'm just reading into it too much, but it almost seems like misty may have seen one of his outbursts, which would make misty fearful and give pyro a motive to kill.

When Ivory looks at Pyro in that one scene, the song "paper birch" plays. Birch trees represent rebirth, new beginnings, and growth. And is also considered a sacred tree because of its protective influences. Paper birch trees are considered to have short life spans, and pared with Pyros scene of him vomiting, i think Pyro might end up dying tbh

Ivory, beforehand of getting hired at the mansion, probably had a traumatic experience in the same woods we see her staring off into, as if in a trance or flashback of some kind that still has a aftershock with her. Hence how they “found her”, but I’m sure when another episode comes out more will be hunted at and delved into.

Good video! It is definitely worth noting that Mysty's body is located on the grand central staircase, which we repeatedly see frequented by the staff of Whitepine. Even though there are an abundance of places people DON'T go, which Raptor goes to great lengths to show, the body is found somewhere people DO go. Whoever killed Mysty, they wanted their body to be found.

My theory? Ashwagg did it. The song Ivory plays is "Mountain Ash" and he is rarely seen on screen, giving him plenty of time to commit the crime. And when they find the body, he tells everyone to get away... quite possibly to hide something that links him to the crime.

During the morning mysti died, after ivory played the piano, there’s a sudden cut off to the library. Pyro is there, meaning that he was probably there for the majority of the morning.

Not to mention, after Zam said there’s going to be a hunt tomorrow, but specified it would “happen at Luca’s place.” Whether it was code word or not, it leans more into the direction of casual conversation.

My guess is the random “butler”. My reasoning is because he showed up abruptly, and ended up leaving an awkward first impression.

This is all just theorizing.

here's some theories that I've seen or strongly agree on;

-the murder definetly happened around mid-day. Cause if it was early in the morning everyone would've already seen the body and found it earlier, now for the mid-day theory why at mid-day? It is because when Ivory went out to where the piano was Seraptor said the earliest a servant can be out is at 6am. If it was early morning Ivory or any other servant would've seen the body if they were out at 6am, and if we look out the window around when everyone was at their station's it's cloudy and the Hemlocks are already awake. And at the beginning ClownPierce says that the Hemlock family wakes up around 10-11am so by the time everyone was awake and the body was found it was most likely early evening/mid-day that the body was found and the scream was heard before.

-But there is also a theory that whoever killed Mistycat was not human. Cause the scream and by the time everyone got there was 20 seconds, the scream could either be Misty's or a servant. The main theory it's Misty's scream, and as you can see on the body there's multiple wounds. One of them around the neck looks like a bite mark so there is a theory that a 'monster' from the forest killed Misty. It is because there's a lot of foreshadowing of the forest and Ivory as well as other servant's and Pryo keep looking out to the forest, as if something is out there.

-There is also another theory this supposed monster killed someone else, aka Mrs Hemlock. Cause she is barely mentioned and hasn't shown up (Again this is a theory) and the piano in the basement belonged to Mrs Hemlock which was moved from one of the upstair rooms to the basement where Ivory finds said piano.

-Now there's a lot of suspects I've seen but one surprised me is Ross, I would explain why but I haven't seen any explanation for why him. There is also Pryo, then Ram, and some other's (I forgot :'])

-One final theory which is kinda not proven and can be proven wrong, it's how Ram talked about how there's going to be a hunt (Previous day to where the murder took place) tomorrow to Pyro, then the next day Mistycat is found dead. A lot of people speculate that the hunt is Misty's death and most likely the 'hunt' is going to continue and more servant's will be killed. The reason this theory can be proven wrong is cause after Ram talked about the hunt to Pryo he said where the hunt would take place. At another residence, now at the manor. But it is still a good theory to dwell upon if it can be proven.

Great video! Glad our doc gets some love, me and the team (shoutout to my fellow sweats if you find this) spent way too long on that so I’m glad it sees some outside use!

Onto the theory.

I’m not sold on pyro theory because if he killed Mysti at the END of the episode, he would probably have blood on his body because murder (especially stabbing) causes a lot of blood to go on your body and makes sure people find you. Pyro is still a suspect because Mysti could have been killed earlier, but we don’t know for sure. I’m still partial to Ivo because the denying the hunt could be because he is ill, and we have no other definitive proof, but for the reasons you have stated Pyro is a close second.

Love to hear other opinions though, this is the most solid and confusing plot Ivory has created and I need all the theories/proof I can find.

My theory is that Pyro purposely drank alcohol the night before he woke up and vomited. He wanted to be awake so he could figure out Mysticat's whereabouts, and could also get an approximate time Mysti left his room, as we can see him looking out the window, possibly to locate the sun. Pyro also is seen reading on a lectern in the library a bit before the body is found, which could insinuate that he used the library as an easy alibi, and (assuming the library is upstairs) called for Mysticat and pushed them down the stairs, before running down and leaving through another hallway to make it look like he wasn't there.

Pyro could've also vomited to see if Mysti would tell anyone, as a precaution. I would assume Mysti is an upbeat fella, so they would keep something like that to themselves. The 'bite' on Mysti's neck could also just be a broken neck, or maybe a stab mark from Pyro.

Finally, if Pyro actually spent his time in the library (again, assuming it's upstairs, which it looks like it is), how could he have gone down that quickly? The other staircase(s) would probably be far away (if he went through the staff one we would've gone with the staff), and it's unlikely that he would have time to walk over the body if he didn't do it, unless he wanted people to see him walk over it. However, if he did kill Mysti, Pyro would've had lots of time to walk away and go to a different hallway.

Obviously all of this is assuming the screams are from Mysti themselves, or the body was found quickly.

I think her mom was the mother of the family or someone high up and Ivory used to be siblings with pyro and the other kids. Then one day she did something to make the head zombie mad and in return he killed her mom and abandoned Ivory as a young child. The room in the hallway where she met ivo was her room. This could explain why pyro let them go and why she looked back at them. I think she had to run away into the woods when her mother died and that’s why she is attracted to it, she had a flashback. That could explain why she knows piano, and why she needs someone to explain in detail what she has to due because she doesn’t want to mess up again.

For yall who just want to know his own opinion on who killed Mysticat

in the scene that mysty died in, there were a set of stairs behind her, and she sounds a bit older in her voice which could lead to her falling down the stairs. and nobody would kill a person in the middle of the house where everyone can hear them and maybe see them.

here is the thing, this is the second vid on the murder on mysty i watched, i wana point out that before clown stood up to see the murder, there was a muffled scream earlier (turn on subtitles), so i reccomend if you want to get a lot more info, subtitles is a good source, since many begginer lore hunters always forget that subtitles exist.

My firts tought its that there was not actually a munderer, at leats not one that was related with the house or even human, but with something related to ivory, we see her looking out the window and into the woods in some scenes, the way Ivory just gets blank at the moment could clearly be a hint that "something" happened or "someone" happen. Misty asked Pyro if he had a nightmare again, what if this thing he dream about was Misty death? or even more interesing, the thing that killed her, with this not so crazy theory i came to various possibilities:

1- Just a murder (the most basic one): We dont really see more of Misty beside she maybe got along pretty well with pyro, so there no really a clue beside that maybe that was the reason she got killed

2- Possesion of Misty herself: Maybe if something possesed her??? she willingly jump herself

3: The creature: Misty body got a hella bite on the back, its the reason why i believe it could be not human what cause it, this its the one i believe more of because Ivory seemed to notice something in the woods, yk when she got blank with white noise and when all were running to the place where the body the sound turn into white noise again, this could also be that maybe Ivory experience this before in some other way and this its her response to a huge trauma related to wherever mades her got blank at the forest, also the fact that it happened no long atfer she came to the job, wherever Ivory felt or saw, its now in the house?.

4:Possesion of other: Connected with 3 theory, wherever who followed Ivory possesed someone in the house and did the murder thing swith the difference that it manipulated them into doing it
