The best right-back in the world is 6 time Champions League champion Dani Carvajal.

He is the best in the world at some things. He is not very good at some others. The role he plays is not nearly the only reason he is vulnerable defensively. Even when he is in position he is just lacks the intensity and power needed to defend at the very highest level.

Unde Klopp Trent used to look burdened with defending, because in fairness to him he was being asked to create goals in the final third and then bust a lung to sprint back and defend.

But Slot has given Trent better defensive structure around him to feel more at ease.

Trent is somewhat ahead of his time. Right now a lot of people just don't know where to fit his unique skillset. Coaches in the future will eventually emulate his role in their teams.

Kounde has been better since start of last season. Dani Carvajal has been better.

Trent is the best offensive defender, a game changer. call it a Quarterback.

If Trent leaves Liverpool for Madrid to only prove social media wrong it will be a bad move for him.

I think he will stay at Liverpool if the provided a deal to that shows he is the best right back in the world.

The fact that there are countless of podcasts creating content out of this question already answers the question.

Trent is a playmaker and he is only playing in the right back positions because linders and Klopp found a way to exploit that position.

No, there are far better right backs. But he’s sensational of long passes and set pieces and is great at assists.

Trent attacking stats have been better than walker's as far back as 2016/2017. From the same time, he have had better seasons than Daniel, where a few seasons were even defensively. Trent out do them both offensively. Going by stats, Trent is better defensively than Daniel and kyle.

These guys don’t watch anything other than EPL and it shows so bias and stupid takes. Jules kounde is the best right back rn solid defensively and he actually is getting better offensively.

Kimmich, carvajal, walker, Hakimi are clear

Next thing you know, they ask if Jordan Pickford is the best keeper in the world.

Kim might as well be wearing a I HATE TRENT jersey. Would love to watch the match where Doku had a field day with Trent. And using "top winger" to describe him...take your City goggles off mate.

The young right back that can get better defensively even if they are inconsistent at the moment probably Alexander Arnold, James (if fully fit, but every season getting injured sadly), or wonderkid like Josh Acheampong (Chelsea), Tiago Santos (Lillie)
ESPN’s Football Forecast team of Nubaid Haroon, Harry Symeou and Kim Kothari debate whether Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold is the best right back in the world.

It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2029. We are referring to Modric, Vasquez, Daniel Carvajal Ramos "Dani Carvajal", Courtois, Alaba, Rudiger, Mendy, Daniel Ceballos Fernández "Dani Ceballos", Jesús Vallejo Lázaro "Jesus Vallejo", Francisco José García Torres "Fran Garcia", Diaz, Juan Miguel Latasa Fernández "Juanmi Latasa", Reinier Jesus Carvalho "Reinier", & Guler.

Confirmed leaving Real Madrid as some will no longer renew, return to their respective football club that are being loaned out to Real Madrid and a few getting sold permanently with or without a buy back clause on or before September 2024: Rafael Marín Zamora "Rafa Marin", Kroos, José Ignacio Fernández Iglesias "Nacho", José Luis Mato Sanmartín "Joselu", Arrizabalaga & Nicolás "Nico" Paz Martínez.

Once they get sold these are the players should be sign based on their positions on or before July 2027.
Right Back: Jesus Fortea, Josh Acheampong
Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Joskol Gvardiol
Centre Back: William Alain André Gabriel Saliba, Vitor de Oliveira Nunes dos Reis
Centre Defensive Midfielder: Rodrigo "Rodri" Cascante
Centre or Attacking Midfield: Florian Wirtz, Franco Mastantuono

Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent regardless of age, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. We are referring to Darmian, Walker, Trippier, Di Lorenzo, Cancelo, Kimmich, Dumfries, Calabria, White, Mazraoui, Ryerson, Wan-Bissaka, Molina, Alexander-Arnold, Hakimi, Tomiyasu, Royal, Dalot, Porro, James, Boey, Frimpong, Couto, T, Carvalho Santos, Livramento, Rensch, Terracciano, Gusto, Bradley, Sanchez, Fresneda, Lewis, Gray, & Lima.

😊😊Funny how the #24 is just there in the background speaking of RB...

The only issue is that guy can't stay fit. But when fit, ...Reece is the BEST.

Man oh man.. Trent with his defensive struggles would get cooked but random wingers in La Liga.. Imagine him against Bryan Zaragoza for example.. He didn't even start for England during the Euro's.. Watch Tuchel bench him..
