I must admit that I have over these past few months become impressed with Steenhuisen. I voted DA as I have since Zuma in order to strengthen opposition to the immoral and corrupt ANC (extends to its offshoots). At the time, I stated that my vote was cast, not in favour of the DA itself, but in favour of Chris Pappas.

Steenhuisen has surprisingly been a steady hand. I worked my butt off unofficially canvassing for votes for the DA. I now know that I did the right thing.

Can Paul Mashatile prove to us that he left Alexander Township in a better condition than when he lived there? Whom has he served besides himself, his cadres and his bimbos?

The only Ministers ACTUALLY working are those that were appointed from the DA, VF, etc . For the 1st time since 1994, the job is getting done one way or another and they have no problem reporting in Cabinet and inter alia to the voters of South Africa. They don't grand stand on podiums every Sunday to 'praise' 'the party'.

The DA is in a precarious situation. They can't move forward or backwards from the GNU. They are not ready to forfeit their ministerial positions. The intransigent conservatives in the DA led by Helen Zille are the main cause of their dilemma. No one must help them destroy themselves, Helen is doing it. How do they remain in the GNU when they are effectively an opposition within the GNU.

This is very simple, the ANC has a very hard time to work with anyone else, thus, that's why South Africa will never get anywhere under the leadership of the anc
