While Crunch is the better tasting cereal, I'd vote Apple Jacks for distilling...especially if you use Brown Sugar instead of traditional White Sugar as one of the key flavoring ingredients.

Hey, I'm right at the beginning & learning Q - have you ever done a sugar wash with rapadura sugar? It's the sugar from dehydrating the cane juice, more of a whole raw product. Could be interesting?
