The first half of this advertisement was utterly *useless*... Who's idea was it to spend an entire minute *not talking about the product*? And the first minute, no-less; not even the final minute... Seriously, your company needs an advert aimed at *new customers*. Even after watching this whole thing I'm still not sure about if I want one... Speeding-through the list of modes was also a really terrible idea... Clearly this is aimed at existing customers, which is fair enough I suppose, but it won't get you new customer sales, that is for sure...

The only problem that I find with their recipes, they use ingredients that are not available locally or are very rare... Every single recipe has an ton of very rare ingredients, and I'm like, I want to buy this machine, but when you have a poor supermaket next to you and no options in a 100km radius of your home. It's a problem.

So, the customer pays $1500 for a machine and can't use all the functions. Only with a cookidoo subscription you can use caramelization and only with the company recipe?? Is it only me that think this awkward and kinda abusive? I sure think Thermomix is amazing but the company's behavior is far from it. To force us to subscribe to a service is outrageous!! And the sad thing is, they wouldn't need to. Most people would voluntarily do that. Ridiculous!
