Lebanon: Tensions continue to rise after Israel carries out 'targeted strikes' in Beirut

A top Hezbollah commander Ibrahim Aqil has been killed in an Israeli strike in the suburbs of Lebanon's capital of Beirut, the Israeli military has confirmed.
