'Hindi fair!' Disbar Sara Duterte, disbarred lawyer Gadon asks Supreme Court | ABS-CBN News

Anti-poverty czar Larry Gadon on Wednesday (November 27) urged the Supreme Court to disbar Vice President Sara Duterte for her alleged assassination threat against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and some of his family members.

The Supreme Court needs to "initiate a motu propio proceeding of disbarment" against Duterte for issuing statements that were "undoubtedly illegal, immoral and condemnable," said Gadon, who is also a disbarred lawyer.

I never saw Binay or Robredo throwing tantrums during their terms. Despite not being in the same political party as their respective presidents when they were elected, they conducted themselves with composure. Binay, even with his ambition to become president, maintained decorum. Similarly, Robredo, despite her dissatisfaction with the Duterte administration’s handling of the pandemic, chose to focus on helping those in need instead of resorting to unproductive actions. This speaks volumes about VP Sara, whose actions seem driven more by personal and familial interests than by genuine public service.

Need the Supreme court to explain what 's taking them so long to decide the vintage diabarment of this brat sara? Pag simple at honest mistakes lang ( clerical error na agad na rectify dahil lang sa address hinatulan ng SC ng 2 years suspension . Asan ang justice supreme court. Thanks Sec.
