First in the boruto anime at the start momoshiki says to sasuke that him kinshiki isshiki and most of the new otsutsuki are way more power then kaguya and another thing is hagoromo is the son of kaguya and just like it is with the clans the new gen of otsutsuki are stronger than kaguya

Ishiki Kaguya and that can’t even be debated about other than those who are still stuck in shippuden.

In order to defeat Ishiki, they needed:
Adult Sasuke with rinnegan
Naruto in Baryon mode
Boruto with activated karma
Kawaki and his shadow clone

And even then, they didn’t even actually win, they needed Ishiki to already be dying slowly in order to defeat him

If it would’ve been Kaguya, Adult Sasuke with rinnegan and Baryon mode Naruto would’ve been enough to win.

Kaguya was SCARED of Ishiki so she turned against him when Ishiki let his guard down so that she could escape.


When they were still teenagers, Kaguya needed to be sealed because Naruto couldn’t use baryon mode (he only had half of Kurama’s chakra which would make it basically useless) and Sasuke wasn’t quite adept to his 6 tamoe rinnegan
