Honey and Redstone, is there a better combo? literally yes.
In case your wondering this is 100% inspired by TangoTeks Sticky Bombs minigame.

First time I ever heard a minecraft youtuber say "18 and above". Times really are changing

And the best part is: With the new crafters you can actually break down incoming diamond blocks directly into diamonds so you dont even need to manually restock the reward system, people playing the game already do that for you

there’s a little bug, the player can just afk at one spot and collect as many items as they want while the tnt hasn’t been pulled in, and just pull all in when 5 mins hit

Honey, gerg just uploaded a new video! Let's hope he doesn't use another obscure Minecraft mecha--

I like how he casually uses dragon eggs as excess items for filters

Don't teach Joel Smallishbeans about this or he'll absolutely lose it, who knew all it took to make money using honey was to just make a glorified slot machine.

This is similar to TangoTeks honey mini game

Edit: the video is from Hermitcraft Season 7 ep 61 from Tango Tek and the game was called “Sticky bombs”

The way you built it, the player can simply not move and collect a bunch of gems and even tnt, then once they move everything would get counted and they’d most likely have gotten a super high score

huge missed opportunity to have this video sponsored by honey

4:26 just tell the player it's designed to be slow to simulate the collection platform being in honey

That's a little Mojang trick called "tell them the bug is a feature"

I have an idea for a mini game.
I call it, “Bombs Away!”

The game is played with 2 players, one will build a structure with sand and wood slabs (to hold the sand up), and put themselves somewhere in the structure.
The other player will have a standard obsidian TNT cannon away from the structure. They’ll have to set the amount of ticks and TNT just right, because only get 3 shots of TNT.
When the player who built the structure is blown up, the shooter will receive 1 point. The roles will switch back and forth between rounds, and the first person to score 5 points, wins.

You don't even need to use double piston extenders for the stairs, just an observer pulse instead of a constant redstone input on the pistons.

" Now the signal is on, while the stairs are retracted, and off when the stairs are re-re *not* tracted-d *they're pushed out.* "

Gerg, you could just make a long pallette of redstone thats 14 blocks long, thatway it will send a signal to the coresponding pressure plate, but since it's 14 and not 15 it will also power the blocks on the side, then hook it up to a line of observers which converts it to a pulse.

You DON'T NEED double piston extenders, just give the sticky piston a one tick pulse and that does the job!

I feel like one thing that could be an issue, if you just don't move you'll pick up a bunch of gems. You'll also pick up TNT, but If you pick up a ton of gems and they all get counted, it doesn't matter if you lose your lives. You could probably add a circuit to fix that though. (Sorry if this wasn't explained well)
