since i spend a lot of the time I'm not animating or doing anything else making music (and just to switch things up a bit), i wanted to toss out a song & soundscape thing i did a while ago. it was kind of an experiment where i drew something and tried to make music to go along with it. personally, i enjoyed the result so i wanted to share it here. I've got another one that I'll share a little later that's way more high energy but i wanted to start off with something a bit more low-key for now

don't worry, there'll be more animations in the coming weeks, i just figured id share this in the meantime for anyone interested :)

This is kinda inspiring me to make like a cyberpunk maybe modern rpg setting where you do like horrible shit and then when you get home this is the backing track. Has that sorta hollow comforting vibe. Just like the art its lonely and comfortable at the same time.

The combo of soundscape and music is haunting and lovely, there’s an alienation and emptiness to it paired with such beauty and somberness. It makes me envision an view from a building amidst many others just like it that sprawl out in every direction, a radiant eternal sunset shining through gleaming glass obelisks.
