From here in northern CA, let me understand..."safety concerns rise after 5 shot". What happens when 10 are shot? Or, when 50 are shot? I watched a man killed by a .357 pistol, just a few blocks from downtown. The bullet entered with the diameter of a bullet and exited in a six inch wound. I can still hear his blood spattering down the rain drain.

Not new news. Just another day in the ATL. If you go downtown or hold an event downtown, you are asking for trouble. Stay in the suburbs - an hour or more out. It's a cesspool of crime down there.
