Coach thank you for sharing your views on essentialism. I believe all of the coaches running the Air Raid via Coach Hal Mumme, Mike Leach etc. all share your philosophy. It is great to not feel alone sharing our views.

Hello Coach, we have a 8th grader who is almost guaranteed a starting spot on defense if he can get to 160 pounds. He also needs to get his 60 m time down by point three seconds. He has four months to accomplish both goals. He is currently at 145 pounds. But that is coming off of a long basketball season.
I would appreciate any advice you might have to offer.

I'm a newbie to sprinting (6months) running 12.21 In the 100 and 1.09 in the flying 10 ...shall I hit the ground everyday ? Currently I only do top speed works 2×a week and other 2 days I do xfactors and couple of block starts...I'm 21 btw
