असल मे मामला ये है की सरकार को पता चल गया है की अब retail trader भी market से पैसा कमाने लग गया है ईसलिये retail trader पर ये ban लगाकर उनसे भी जादा tax ऐठने की कोशिश को अंजाम देना चाहते है
