Fujifilm X100V - Photographing Route 66 with Fujifilm's latest compact camera

After getting my hands on Fujifilm's new X100V a week before it's launch, I decided to take a road trip out to Texas and New Mexico to explore Route 66 and test out the new camera.

As a recent X100F owner, I was excited to see how the new features improved what I considered to be an already great camera.

I really enjoyed the way you presented information in your video. No BS, no fluff. Excellent commentary and videography.

This is exactly the type of review on Fujifilm gear releases I long for. A golden ratio of personal impressions/opinion and hard specs also great images and true creativity in choosing scenes. The flow is really nice and from 7:16 it rises to an emotional level, something users of the X100 series will understand only (hands down to the great choice of music as background). I would love to see more content coming from you either on the X100V, other Fujifilm gear or in general.

I just got mine a couple of weeks ago and man, this is quickly evolving into my main camera. I had the F which I really didn't like as much as I was hoping. Well the new lens and viewfinder has changed this. It is exceptional.

Totally off topic but everything about this video is so well done. The visuals, color, editing and story line are all spot on. It's nice and rare to see videos crafted with so much care. I can see where having a film background has influenced the creator's work. Also it's a very good review of the X100V. Anyone can reel off the list of specs for the X100V but few can speak to its soul which the X100 series truly has. Thanks and yes, I've subscribed with notifications turned on. =)
