I was excited for a minute thinking there were actually new Pals in Palworld. I’ve had these for some time now.

Kitsun was there since game came out and there is very rare chance to find the egg.

Lunaris can also be found in higher lvl ice dungeons. But you can get this pal even faster, but depends on rng.
Give the pal merchant a visit. They have a lot of rare pals that you cant even get that early. Just be sure you visit those in starting areas as the more far away you go, the more expensive the pals get due to lvls.

Lunaris can also be found in mid tier dungeons not just the alpha one so the alpha is not the only way to get it.

Just caught 3 Jetradgons (I have the setting for Pals spawn rate maxed out) and there was only a 5% chance of catching them. If Pokemon taught me anything is that even if there is 0.01%, there's still a chance.

I'm on PS5 and caught Frostalion and Paladus today. I did a little experimentation with Paladus and bread it with a Penglit and got Blazamut which is a useful breeding pal as well as being pretty strong it's self. I can't remember it but I got Kitsune from breeding so if you don't have high end cold resistance gear you can get one before heading into the ice. I watched a few videos when I first started playing with mid to late game pal breed combos so knew where to find Grizzbolt because he was needed for some of the better pals. I'd also seen a video about Frostalion Noct a while ago too so as soon as I got it home I set that going. I love the breeding aspect of this game so I've looked into it more. Just like Kitsune I'm sure you can breed Lunaris.

One last thing I'll say. From what I've discovered while breeding, Nightwing is a VERY versatile breeding pal, useful for getting lots of great pals. I tested it with my Frostalion and got Menasting. Breed Nightwing with Blazamut and you get Anubis. It's got loads of other uses too. If you're into breeding, get a few good Nightwings.

I'm on PS5 and in fact, I found

Lunaris in a regular egg at the beginning, even at the Dealer.
Its like a mini Anubis😅

I found him but we have stamina turned down so we fly around a lot. Nowadays when I start a new playthrough the one mod I install makes the map be completely uncovered. I like it a lot better personally.

The most awesome Pals to have on your base are Blazamut Ryu for mining ore. If you breed them with Serious Artisan Conceited Workslave or also Lucky and raise them to four stars they are level 5 miners. They can mine ore faster than you can put it in crates. For crafting work Anubis are best. I have Knocklems for carrying, bred to level 5. Frostalian for running the cold ore crusher. Suzaku Aqua for watering. Orzerks for power. Jormuntide Ignis for fire. Prixters for lumber. Lyleens Nocts and Bellanoirs for farming. All level 4 or 5. Plus level 5 Mau cats for gold digging. I have millions of gold coins. And of course maxed out chickens and cows and beeguards for making cake. I have hundreds of thousands rounds of mini gun ammo, rockets, shotgun shells, and hundreds of legendary spheres. The game is literally too easy.

I'm pretty new myself but I noticed that lunaris also appears in raiding parties I built a base near new island when I started because of how much space there is n was surprised to see her in the raiding party I believe it will be the only time you would see her in the wild is when she raids with raiders which is sad

I like Frostallion. They are the best freezing pals. While breeding to get a mount I got one with Nocturnal, they became my freezer pal. Lunaris is one I look for from the Black Marketeer early game. Also I think she shows up in snow dungeons I remember catching them in the dungeon near my snow base.

Frostallion Noct actually has the highest base stat total of any Pal at 415, so definitely good to put on your team. also, legendary pals when found in the wild will always have their legend trait, along with legends and pseudo-legends will have a unique trait that boosts their typing by 20%. Jetragon gets Divine Dragon, Frostallion gets Ice Emperor, Anubis gets Earth Emperor, Lyleen gets Spirit Emperor, etc, etc. those are guaranteed unless you breed.

Lunaris can also show up as part of the raiding parties that attack your bases in some locations. I've seen them with genetic research guys at my bae on forgotten island by the wildlife sanctuary 2

There is a secret gumos that has a red flower on it's head. It's random and does nothing but it's a secret pal. There is a secret dark version of the one dragon. Elphidran Aqua. Frostallion Noct is great to breed bc when you grind them up you get quartz and souls. Lunaris can be found in other dungeons.

You can find Lunaris in the dungoens in the cold island far north and it is part of a raiding team from the pal research thing.

It sounds like you don’t explore that’s why you don’t know about these pals and plus when you uncover spots on the map, you see the pictures of some of the pals like the second one it’s a legendary it’s one of the bosses pals to answer your question yes

You can get lunaris in the dungeons on the sakurajima. It's not exclusive to the boss raid

i found an egg coming back from pc to ps5 it was an alpha kitsun gave it to my girl she was stoked cause it was her fave when we played on pc last year

Kitsune is also found from the fire eggs you see around the north snowy area
