A source tells me an emergency meeting is being called by Skydance regarding Star Trek. Apparently Skydance wants to know why the hell Paramount is greenlighting more fake Star Trek garbage that nobody wants from Secret Hideout, especially given all the money Skydance is putting out to save Paramount from themselves! Here's why it's an emergency meeting, and what they reportedly want the outcome to be! #startrek #paramountplus #fail

The emergency was 5 years ago. Too little... too late...

In my books, there hasn't been any new Star Trek show or movie being released after Enterprise.

The people responsible for today's Star Trek. Know nothing about Star Trek
The people responsible for today's Star Wars. Know nothing about Star Wars.
The people responsible for today's Doctor Who. Know nothing about Doctor Who.
This is on purpose.

Skydance only wants to end Kurtzman Trek because they want to make money.

Thank you my fellow true Trekkie. Kurtzman's Star Trek is the worst television I have ever seen along with Amazon's Rings of Power.

I loved Star Trek, it's been destroyed. The only way to go forward would be to throw out all kurtzman trek and to return to the original continuity. If they do that I'd give it a chance, but I've lost hope trek will be saved.

Star trek enterprise should have been allowed to end by showing the romulan war and the formation of the federation.

My Lord, you were never alone in your bewilderment and disgust over the state of Star Trek.

The hilarious thing is that a bunch of fans (professionals, but in this case unpaid fans) created Star Trek Continues. It was brilliant television, made with love and less money for the entire series than any recent Trek has spent on fifteen minutes of one of their episodes.

Kurtzman and Kennedy; franchise destroyers extraordinaire.

The Orville, a comedy in the vein of Star Trek, is more Star Trek than modern Star Trek.

The Pizza Cutter ship with the Mold Drive was a WTF moment when I first saw it.

Skydance is having emergency meetings, Paramount is having emergency meetings, Disney is having emergency meetings...

If I didn't know better, I'd say they were all worried about something.

Long for the day when you add floating Kennedy and Kurtzman heads to your menagerie

Preach on Doomcock! Star Trek STD was god awful. Nothing was good about that damn show. I am happy we don't need to listen to the whispering Captain say "Lets fly" one more time. Paramount deserves the astronomical financial losses they have suffered. May Paramount go to the trash heap!

Possible first step: declare all Kurtzman Trek noncanonical and go back to where Enterprise ended.

Paramount, Bad Robot and J.J. Abrams murdered Star Trek. Too late to be saved.
