Such a good remake, glad you uploaded this. Metroid really is some of Nintendo's best work in my opinion.

Man it took me long to beat Diggernaut and you made it look so simple. I beat my head again that bug bastard for 2 whole days before beating him and then watched someone make him look like a chump. Mad. I love this game.

Apologies for just pictures on the top screen in the game's intro, Nintendo may have ran out of budget and couldn't animate the recap of the first Metroid story. Plus, there may not have been enough cart space for the FMV recap.

Samus should give ALL her love, peace, and happiness to the metroids. Because without that little hatchling, there would be a TRUE SA-X (Samus herself) instead of the SA-X we had in Fusion. The Metroid vaccine from the hatchling averted this mass extinction disaster as the X in Samus were atomized before they can rip her apart thus the X only had Samus' dead, shedded skin cells and her corrupted Power Suit, meaning they couldn't copy her fully (like they did with the crewman, Arachnus, and Serris).

Its suprising how many people almost forgot about this game on the 3DS as it came out too late but it turns out into an incredible Metroid game which is a remake of the gameboy version of Metroid II or 2 whichever you prefer, yeah the great thing about this 2D Metroid game is the new mechanic melee attack which also added and included into Dread too, which I can say im a fan of, you will have to get used to it the more you start melee attacking enemies before they strike or charge at you, that melee thing also carried over in Dread too.

I really enjoyed that game. One thing I had no idea to figure out was the trick about the power bomb that would bladt your morph ball form into unreachable places. Aside from that? Great game.

Thanks. It helped a lot for my own game. Surprisingly, i forgot a few things at some point (jump boot, armor). Somehow, you can continue and forgot to get one thing

If she killed the hatchling metroid, SA-X would be Samus herself. And that would result in a mass disaster, with the chozo able to do nothing about, as they created the Metroids to kill the X, BUT NOOO. SAMUS HAD TO KILL EVERY LAST METROID.
