Dan just seems bitter.  He's got every right to be proud of his road to success and overcoming what he did, growing, and making a name for himself when it wasn't easy.  Doesn't mean the other guys way is 'wrong', just different.  Easier?  Probably.  Wrong?  Nope.  And he wants to talk about 'stroking his own ego', lol ... hypocricy much? o.O

Dan is just bitter those fighters who left him would have joined other gyms an he would then hate those gyms also. Glenn just invested in something an it payed off you can not hate him for that. I think the more gyms the better for these men an women they need all the chances they can get to be trained an get promoted in this sport. I think at the end of the day both men should be happy an get along because they have amazing gyms an they are both doing well an the focus should be on taking care of the men an women who bleed for them everyday not petty disagreements.

Glen has that Jon Dupont vibe is what Dan is saying is true and since Dan was a grappler and put in the years and has seen who was in and who came and went I def believe his side haha. thats exactly what that seemed to me while watched the first episodes ; att grow their own fighters with a really cohesive team  while blackzllians seem to buy them or bring them to make it look like a big tough team as if it was major soccer league. i mean look at the gym 3/4 brazilians with nearly all fighters with big xp. The fact that he says "You wanna start a team? Start from the beginning, build from the ground up. Develop guys and go through the years of failure that it takes...." is just absolutely absurd. That's not a smart business move. Maybe if it's your first business venture, then you might need some experience first, but Glenn was already a successful business man and knows the ins and outs. So why not take any available, but safe, shortcuts to the top? ATTeam is just sour because their fighters were unhappy and did what was in their own best interest.
