Your news is old. It's been updated recently. If Britain left on No Deal, it would not result in a physical border in Northern Ireland, according to the EU guys. It's not really an issue at the moment, it was more of a scare tactic used to confuse the issue and try to prevent a leave with no deal. The real issue, house of commons refused to vote to leave on a no deal BREXIT. Yet, there is no deal being offered by the EU as of yet, which the government and the house of commons were both willing to support and pass.
