In an ideal world John Deere would be sanctioned and executives jailed. Right to repair should be a requirement for any product.

Demand is not down, in these hard economic times the local producer needs to get maximum value for his/her dollar, and JD is not where that’s at.

Very informative interview. You can tell this guy is really focused on the long term health of the company. Unfortunately, the ag market is just really difficult right now due to so many unforeseen circumstances, and it's going to take some short-term sacrifices to keep everything healthy over the long-term. I commend him for treating everyone with dignity and respect. You can tell it personally pains him to have to make such difficult choices.

Here’s what you do… Get rid of the CPO making $15, 000, 000 a year. And get rid of the rest of the DEI bullshit jobs.

Sir. the best way to JD bring values to farmer is reducing prices for buying and maintaining these machines.

I met Cory Reed when he joined the company, he's honest and open. Getting skilled labor in areas with low populations is difficult, society doesn't give enough credit to those who work with their minds and hands.

Like a deer in the headlights, he can't see the damage he has done. I was going to get a Deere this year, not any more! Goodbye John D.

Typical US CEO clueless on how to fix the problem, can only resort to moving to a lower labour cost country, if that’s the case get rid of the largest cost US C Suite and employ CSuite in Europe who are much better and earn less.

US C Suite highest paid on the payment for dreadful performance, only thing they are interested in is share price and maximising there won’t be earnings and nothing else.

Can’t work on JD and you can’t work on your cars easily. It is the industry and business model.
