No offense to Bella and this is assuming Carla Bruni is natural but Carla is the real deal. I think Bella is stunning but when you look at her closely she looks surgical where as Carlas face looks like she was born that way the eyes are up tilted but not so severely that it looks uncanny. i don't think she was trying to look like carla but ended up looking like her, i mean almost all models nowadays do the same procedure's she did (eye brow/eye lift, rhino, fillers) people need to stop acting like she showed her surgeon a picture of carla. She had to work for shows like Galliano's for Dior, when models had to act and really work with their bodies instead of just walking on a runway. She belongs to an era when a lot of talent was necesary to get to be a supermodel. You just have to see the shows of that era and its very clear. I think they are similar, in their vibe, but not in an uncanny way. They have the same type of presence and aesthetics (chic posh european princess). But that happens a lot, I think Gigi for example looks like Jennifer Lawrence. It's just that the industry prefers similar faces. I think Adriana Lima and Irina Shayk are also alike.
