Omg, shoulder pain, joints, that is new for me about menopause simtoms. I have menopause since 39, And I never realized that, all that new pain was for that. Thank you doctor for opening my eyes.

It's hard being a woman sometimes in regard to our hormones being a roller coaster. If the men who pretended to be women actually knew what it was like to be a real woman, with real women problems they would stay men.

Blown off by EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR I've seen over the last 10 years for extreme fatigue, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, relentless muscle cramps, and so much more -

it has taken me years of my own trials & errors, and thousands of hours of research to figure out - the "simple" answer no doctor ever suggested - menopause!!!

Now taking estrogen and slowly "rehabbing" myself.

Wow, so true! It started with hot flashes, and YES, I got frozen shoulder on my left side first, then the right side. That put a big dent in my active lifestyle for a couple years.

Absolutely. I was 48 and went to my Dr about it. She said I was too young. Then at 50 I got breast cancer. They tested me to see if I had been through menopause to give me the right drugs. Turns out I was through menopause already. I was going through it exactly when I thought I was.

My major side effect was severe insomnia. I always slept like a baby but, suddenly, I was just sleeping six hours a night, then four hours, and finally to hours a night. I worked at a job 70 miles away so I had yo drive 140 miles a day and do my job. I was exhausted. I went to see my PA (female). She asked a ton of questions and then checked me out physically. She said my ovaries had shrunk to the size of raisins, gave me a prescription for Prempro, and said that within a week I'd feel like a new person. She was absolutely right.

If you have UTI's regularly this is for you:

Try to stay away from antibiotics as long as you can, it ruins your gut health. Kills the good bacteria too. (if its an acute UTI see a doctor).

Use 100%cranberry juice or cranberry tablets.. If you use the juice its: 1/4 juice with 3/4 water in the morning and in the evening before breakfast and diner.
Or when you use the tablets its: 1 in the morning before breakfast with a lot of water and in the evening before diner with a lot of water.
Do this for a week and a half up to 2 weeks.
The acid from the cranberries kill the bacteria and the water flushes them out.
It takes a bit longer to heal but when it does heal, your microbiome is intact.
After that it is more likely the UTI's will not return.
And as an added bonus, you will not get the horrible yeast infections right after the antibiotics.

A few thing are important when you try one of these remedies:
- try not to add sugar to anything you eat and drink, try to avoid sugar as much as possible during this time. Sugar feeds the bacteria you are trying to kill.
- Drink the minimum of 2 liters of water, that is half a gallon.
- If after 2 weeks the pain is still there or when its an acute UTI go to a doctor.

I was so fed up with getting UTI's at least 2 times a year from the age of 13, that i broke down and asked the doctorsassistent if i could try something else entirely..
She gave me this advice.
I havent had one UTI since the age of 32, im 44 now..
It was the best advice i ever had.
I hope this is going to help many people like you and me. ❤

Few people ( even doctors) truly understand /appreciate how much hormones affect our mental health. My menopause hit me like a Mac truck barreling down I95. I had had a hysterectomy at an earlier age but still had my ovaries. So there were no missed menses to clue me into what was going on.

I’ve grown to very strongly dislike a lot of doctors for reasons like this. Can’t get good medical help sometimes when you really need it. And menopause and post menopause even perimenopause can be very harsh. Especially when you have a lame excuses of a doctor or doctors.

I believe I was premenopausal at around 34. I was told it was all in my head. I would cry uncontrollably and just wanted to sleep. My mood swings were bad also. But I was told just to go on birth control. I wasn’t happy with that answer and now I take care of what I eat and exercise regularly. I helps me a lot mentally.

My gyno sent me to my endo, the endocrinologist answer was to send me back to the gyno, who cared less about helping me. Fired them both.

Some side effects were alleviated with a Vit D Supplement-less than 7 days. D3-K2 was my choice.
