In this video, I shared this simple egg stew recipe which is quite a staple dish here in Ghana. It is so easy, simple and quick to prepare and it is mostly paired with rice, yam, plantain, banku etc.

INGREDIENTS
5 Eggs
6 Medium Size Tomatoes
20 Green Scotch Bonnet Peppers
2 Medium Size Onions
1/2 Tbsp of Rosemary
1/2 Tbsp of Anise Seed
Maggi Shrimp Seasoning
Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil
