Love it when the bass kicks in after the "AAAaaaAAAaaaAAAaaAaaaa" and the band starts chiming in. That guitar tone is HUGE- then her amazing ethereal lyrics sets the tone and it all comes together so well. After 20 years this song still rips like I was 18 and didn't have to take a lot of ibuprofen all the time lmao

This is the first song I ever heard of Evanescence back in 2000. My dad was playing it and at first I was like "seriously dad??" at the opening, and then I realized I spoke too soon... I was only 12 years old and hadn't found this kind of music yet at the time but it made me look more into this, thanks dad.
