Many say the French make the wOrld's best 24 hour pack
Manry countries make awesome 24 hour packs and the food they use is cooked specifically for their countries 24 hour pack.
New Zealand
Australia
Germany
South Africa
England/Britain
Canada
USA
and others, all make world class and generous 24 hour MRE packs for their troops and although, So do the French, you can buy the mains and some other components. off the shelf in any supermarket in a French territory
Their 24 hour MRE are excellent and worth every cent you pay for them.... but so are a lot of other countries

I have stopped buying these now, which is a bummer, due to the hexamine ban. I know that the chances of a armed police squad swooping on my house to arrest me for having some fuel tabs is slim to none but I collect other stuff and I just don't want to give them an excuse. Bloody silly rule but we really are living in silly times.
