Saltbae Galata - Baklava Ice Cream Shake!

When I first arrived in Istanbul in the summer of 2021, this Saltbae Burger joint was not open yet. One of my favorite areas of Istanbul is the Galata-Istiklal-Taksim connection. I spent a lot of time in Istiklal, and most of the Airbnbs I rented were next to the Galata Tower. This fancy burger joint was just what this area need. As if the Galata area was not busy enough, people have just another reason to visit now! I absolutely loved it and will go back for more next time I am in Istanbul!
