Could you guys answer some pretty simple questions about interactions withing the game?
1. How do multiple counter atk things work? For example if I have a Retaliation artifact set and two revenge accessories is there a total 45% chance to counter or is there three separate triggers that happen?
2. How do dec and inc buffs work? If I have both a dec def and inc def on a champ do they cancel each other out or does the dec def affect how much the inc def increases?

It's Christmas time and this game has done basically nothing for the player base. Eternal Evolution is making Raid look so bad. People are leaving in mass groups. What are you doing Raid?!

Didnt know Hex did something other than empowering skills. So that's where minotaur's "Ignore DEF" comes from...

Why is all these so confusing to me, i am just one month into the game, i feel i have no room for improvement, i apply any artifact to any legendary. Is there a tip out there? How do i place a debuff on an enemy for example?
