I liked the way you used the nylon roll under the cake to reserve the extra chocolate glaze. The bowl underneath the cake made the process so much easier rather than using a cake rake. ❤ good job

I would suggest that you hear the apricot jam then sieve to remove lumps etc. then add a little warm water to the glaze. Brush on the sponge. We were taught to glaze all of the cake before pouring over the icing as this keeps the sponge moist

Foarte frumoasa a fost prezentarea! Vocea ta s-a auzit teribil de placut. Ca la radio. Este un tort renumit, asa cum a precizat si dna/dra Carmen Stefanescu. Am invatat cum sa recuperez glazura cu minim de efort. Foaaaarte tare! O sa incerc si eu sa fac blatul, nu stiu cand 😀, pentru ca nu necesita insiropare, ca sa vad care îi este consistenta imediat dupa scoaterea din frigider. M-ai facut iar sa râd. Multumesc. Searå linistitå!👏👏👏❤️

I made this cake 2 weeks ago, it's delicious but I didn't let the glaze cool down so ended up with a bit of a mess to clear up.
