The first camping trailer was pretty awesome! I usually do not go for anything ultra modern, but that was cool! Unfortunately, my SUV can't pull anything over 3200-3500 lbs fully loaded 💖

the Tvan Mk5 & the Airstream Classic 33FB are clearly ones to go for (the latter budget permitting) . . . the Airstream Classic 33FB could do with a beefed up suspension & 2.0 in. suspension lift (like the Tvan Mk5) for that nature's hide out in the woods, other side of that closed trail in the mountains . . . for venturing off road it'll require bigger wheels though shod with 32.0 in. all terrain radial tyres . . . the available cabin interior space inside the Airstream Classic 33FB could be better utilized by cutting down (not to mention additional costs) some of those luxurious appointments . . . like the king size bed & overloaded wooden furniture . . . the whole concept of camping & outdoors belies the purpose if you need to tag along your bedroom with you . . . feel like home away from home not applicable here . . . the full size shower is a nice add on, could do with a bit larger one though . . . for safety reasons use of highly flammable gas used for cooking in caravans should be banned or tightly regulated in favor of electric powered kits . . .

This could be a realistic measure to curb any surge in house prices especially when such hikes turn into a serious concern following a major crisis or similar unprecedented events unless there are cases where owners of these vehicles violate laws or related stipulations.
