If ur not using rm cause u don’t have her, then asta can be a good replacement, which means more speed

After few months of playing her finally able to make FF E0S1 with 161 speed and 261BE%. Farmed for Feixaio but got amazing speed boots for FF with 26% BE. Sadly my Ruan Mei is 145 with 188% BE(not signature lc, the one with Cocolia and little Bronya S4) but it's good for now :D

You can get away with sub 154 speed when you run her with a built Ruan Mei. Brings her speed up 11 points on average which means you can be fine with 145+ base speed.

eh, 142 spd is enough if you run FF Ruan Mei and her BiS Planar set, puts FF at exactly 210 when she ultimates (lvl 10), anything else is just a welcomed bonus but I don't think its necessary, especially if you're going to lose BE because of it..
