I started watching a bit before your mega pale skin foundation video so around 6 or 7 years. I'm almost 20 years older than you so I have loved watching you grow during your twenties. I also have chronic pain and health issues (psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, degenerative bone disease) to name a few. So, I know how hard it can be to try and act like you are not hurting like hell for everyone else's benefit. I'm in awe of all of the things that you have done and I'm eager to see all of the things that you will do. You are a tough little cookie! I want you to remember, be as kind to yourself as you always are to others. Some days our bodies just need that extra attention and heat, ice, topical, CBD, and whatever else works. 😄 Good luck in the future!

I am a big cbd user and huge proponent of it. If you want to try cbd for pain relief, I would recommend a tincture (not water soluble) of at least 250 mg and start with 1/3 dropper in the morning, afternoon, and night before bed. When you take the tincture, shake the bottle for several seconds, put your dose under your tongue and wait 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat everyday for a week or 2 to understand your tolerance then move up from there. A lot of people start too small or take a product that isn't very potent (lots of products out there like that unfortunately, your product should be labeled that it contains actual cbd not just hemp oil), or they start too big and end up feeling extremely sleepy.

That La Roche Posay lotion is my holy grail to heal tattoos. 10+ small or big, black or color they stay vibrant. When I haven’t used it to heal my tattoos they seemed to not stay as dark or vibrant. Weird, but love it

I’ve been watching you since my husband and I got married! We moved out of our hometown when he was stationed in NC for the marine corps. I couldn’t find a job and was struggling big time with depression when I stayed in our little townhome all alone all day while he worked. I used to watch you so I just didn’t feel so alone.

The purito sunscreen was reformulated to be the correct spf. It’s now called the go to sunscreen and you can get it on yesstyle. It’s still really good. A little more moisturizing than before but I actually like that. It gives a really nice glow without being greasy.
