hello! I kept seeing people on instagram making 2023 recaps and I thought it would be fun to make one too 🥹🥹 as I started editing though, there was too much to fit into one reel haha and I wanted to remember everything I did this year soo I decided to make it into a long video 💗 one thing I love about making videos and why I still do it is because I love looking back on the things I do and the people I spent time with, and 2024 was such a good year that I wanted to remember it all! thank you for being here this year and I can't wait for 2024!

hey Steph!! im relatively new here and it's actually my first time leaving a comment lol. Im also a biomed student, studying in the UK, and it seems we'll graduate in the same year (2025?). 2023 was a tough year for me because I had a burnout and a mental breakdown at the beginning of the year and i was forced to take a "gap" year. I just want to say ur videos are so comforting and motivating, and have been such a great help to me especially when I feel extremely anxious and hopeless. I'm so glad to see you have friends along the tough academic journey and you are trying your best to keep a work/life balance (now I truly understand how important these things rlly are...) Wish u the best in 2024!! i restarted my uni life recently so let's cram and enjoy life!! <3❤

watching this 'recap' type of vlog made me look back on what i did this year too. and when i did, i also remember watching some bits of clips here that was a part of your vlogs. i am so so glad that i met you this year u know. yes, your vlogs are mostly about you studying but i remember that one time when you said that there are times and days when you aren't really that productive and that's okay. when i don't feel like studying, i always remember those words haha and so i rest and study again when i feel like i have the will to do my tasks. when i saw you braiding your hair, i started braiding mine too lol! you seem to enjoy and live a balanced life-uni lifestyle hence why i started enjoying & loving uni/studying a lil bit more :) i had things i also learned from you. one is to take a rest. with nature, with books, with everything that does not include uniworks haha. second is, DRINKING LOTS OF WATER, since you always have your water bottle with you (i bought mine after watching your vlogs). lastly is to just enjoy life as it is. sorry if this is a bit long, memories began to flood my mind as i am watching this vlog.
