Truly heart touching story.. read various reviews... and many comments about the old Lady... but it's most difficult situation for the young lady Shradhha in this short film.. She herself is suffering from Caner or a similar disease. So, she leaves her grandmother at the Care Home. She loves her grandmother and doesn't want to leave her unattended after she is gone from this world.

Read a few comments like Shradhha didn't thank the taxi driver. She is in a bad state because of her disease and also caring thoughts for her grandmother. Noone can realise anything happening around in such cases. But she did give her a 5 Star rating in the end.

Now, why such a title as 5 Star. Basically just like that Uber ride, we are also on a journey in this world. There are many happy and sad moments that keep on coming in our lives that are just like good or bad ratings. And the main rating, after the trip is over... It's our choice if we give our life journey 1 star rating or 5 star.

Dementia and alzheimer's are a sad reality among many seniors. It is particularly depressing not for the seniors themselves but for the people around them.

The story is not only about app cab drive. It's about dementia of the old lady and lastly we understand why the grand daughter is not keeping her, as she herself is suffering from Cancer. It's really a touching story. Liked it a lot 😢

very touching very realistic story, excellent script . Sulbha Arya is a class actress. Savnikaa is so natural. the pain-love- care expressed so well . the bond between the two lovely...supporting cast of Hyder, really too good overall superb

Really a touching script of human endurance & struggle. Sulbha Ji, an ever-versatile actor, is at her best. Equally supported by Sanvikaa and Hyder, the tale brings out the compulsions and limitations of a cancer-afflicted young lady and her dementia-affected grandmother. Showing tranquil and engaging relationship between two generations, the film had an abrupt ending... Overall, an engrossing viewing. In casting, Pooja Singh is mentioned, which is a mistake. Please check.

Driver's character is confusing. One who is not kind enough to slow the sound when his passenger is telling politely, how he becomes so generous to return the bag immediately. May be after listening Shraddha's story, but this things happen rarely, one who behaves badly at one place behaves likewise at other also.
