Najee Harris Blames Too Much Thanksgiving for Ailment vs. Bengals

ittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris pulled up short while running after a catch in the first half of his team’s 44-38 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

Harris took a knee on the sideline, was looked over by trainers and got some oxygen before eventually returning to the game, missing a couple offensive series.

The Steelers never announced a specific injury ailment for Harris. When asked after the game what happened, he had a hilarious response.
“Thanksgiving,” Harris said. “Pat’s girlfriend Jill, she made a fire ass little banana thing. I had too much of it. I didn’t know it affected me until that first drive.”
