To whomever may read this. I never want you to give up. Never. I know you probably have had a shit life so far, and so have I. But that doesnt mean you should stop. Use it as motivation to keep pushing forward. As a kid, I was bullied relentlessly, rejected by everyone, never really had that one friend in school. But look at where I am now, I'm in the Canadian Armed Forces and the Royal Military College of Canada as a pilot by trade. I had to go through hell and back to get to where I am now. Did any ever know about the hell I went through? No. But thats what makes it honourable, you dont need to tell your life story to someone to gain their respect.

I put this song on loop and use it to meditate to, it works very well because it's inherently a sad song. As soon as I start feeling my emotions or like I want to cry I remember that I am more than my emotions, I am more than my body, I'm more than my brain I'm even more than every single thought in my mind, I am pure consciousness and that's when I slip into my meditative state and connect with my higher self.
