Beetroots with Bacon - Buraczki Zasmazane - Recipe #246

My kind of lunch :) I love beetroots and if you add bacon... wow!

Beetroots with Bacon - Buraczki Zasmazane

500 g cooked beetroots
100 g bacon
1 tsp all purpose flour
1 tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper

Using scissors cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle flour and stir. Add grated beetroots and stir until all is well combined. Cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. At the end lemon juice, stir and serve.

as soon as I seen bacon I thumbs up are so good, my wife hates them, she also hates onions so she's weird food is good but not very known....good ole homemade everyday food is the best...thanks Ania :)
