It’s not the full book the first chapter is missing and lots of details are missing but I guess it’s an ok version. I prefer the unabridged version though.

This book, ”Les miserables” is widely read both in its original French and In its translation, because it’s popular, I guess. I used to read it’s author when I studied French back in the 1950’s.He had a long life of 81 or 82 years . It’s not common to see many French writers living up to that age at the time. I would feel happy for him living so long!
