How to Migrate Virtual Machine to a New Computer

So I have a few Virtual Box VM's from my old Intel based Acer. But now I am using an AMD based machine so I found just double clicking on the vbox file didn't work as it caused a some nice CPU and AMD errors.

Here is what I found that worked.

Good instructions, I did a migration from a HP AMD workstation to a HP Xeon 2 x quad core workstation. worked well.
