I agree with most things but the thing about private parts? If someone is not attracted to the male genitalia that is a valid reason to not want to date/ have sex with a trans woman. It shouldn't be offensive.

It's understandable that you want people to refer to you as female. However, when it come to hooking up with someone, honesty is important.
No one likes to feel like they were mislead or "tricked" into uncomfortable situations.
People react differently and that can be dangerous for any transgender woman.

She's so pretty! And I'm so glad that she set the record straight for so many people. One of my best friends is MtF transgender and honestly, I think she's just as gorgeous as Carmen. And to those of you who don't think that being trans is a thing or your transphobic, you need to realize that; some people's souls don't match their body, and that's okay!

Because everyone has a right to know who they're talkin to. Who they are dating right?!? they should know who you are before even committing to that person. give them the chance to form their own opinion of you and decide whether or not they want to continue on with a friendship or relationship because they might love your personality, and yea, you guys might hit it off and everything but when it comes down to making love, it's a total shock and then you are considered someone who thinks that it is okay to omit very important information about yourself and deceiving someone into loving you is not genuine or is it okay.

Thank you for sharing! I used to be a middle and high school teacher who often worked a with students struggling with gender identity, body identity, attraction, and other situations. It's fantastic word is getting out its normal, healthy, and fine to be transgender, or even be attracted to transgender individuals. I hope you keep sharing more of your thoughts and feelings!
