The European Union has been a key driver for economic growth, bringing peace and prosperity for all EU countries over the past half century.

At the European Parliamentary Research Service, we have analysed what economic and social benefits more joint EU action can bring in 50 different policy areas that directly impact the lives of EU citizens. This analysis is summarised in a study called the 'Mapping of the Cost of non-Europe'.

In the first episode of this series, Wolfgang Hiller, Director of the Impact Assessment and European Added Value Directorate at the EPRS, Meena Fernandes and Jerome Saulnier, policy analysts at the EPRS dive deeper into what is the cost of non-Europe and the benefits of working together at EU level.

In the second and third episode, we will find out more about the social, ecological and digital cost of non-Europe.

I know this is prolly sponsored by the EU either directly or indirectly but maybe you should have someone on the panel that has a more critical view of what the EU can provide and give more information as to how they actually got to these findings. That'll make it come across more convincing now it seems more like some type of propaganda instead of actual research. Saying this as a person who thinks the EU has a positive influence.
