Just read the study. It causes irreversible state upon contact to human skin's body temp. Pretty good for intramuscular injections by administering meds but kinda not really for phleb blood collectors, the vein can be tricky sometimes and some can't get it at one hit, the softening of the needle would be a hassle to fish for the missed vein.
