Irrationality and Education

Adam Carolla and Dennis Prager are in studio to talk about their upcoming event at Cal State Northridge. Dennis reflects on the last time he and Carolla were on the campus and he was asked to put out his cigar.

Engineers think clearly. I goes like this:
1) Do we actually have a problem?
2) What's the problem?
3) Is there anything we can do to fix this problem?
4) Pick the solution that works most efficiently.
5) Design.
6) Prototype.
7) Test.
8) if Test == FAIL; go to 5
9) Implement.
10) Profit.
