Right out of the gate, even before hearing a note, this is the very first time I've heard any musician stating the original key of Db !! I am a retired professional, union, local 47 bassist (beginning circa 1974, upright and Fender P bass thru Ret.at 62, seven years ago), back on classical and jazz guitars (they beginning circa 1963 in NYC !)... Thank you for supporting something I've known since perhaps 1967 on out !! Dig his : Main reason it is in Db is probably more due to Getz's sax in Eb, on an Eb instrument.[ Very user-friendly key for him ]. If Ipanema was in D Major (which coincidentally happens to be the key of the bridge, where too many singers are unable to hold steady the first note of new key of D, the original tonic note Db, now [enharmonically] C#, 7th note or leading-tone of bridge key ...Wh000ooooph !), Stan would have to play head in E maj. {drag for sax}. Yet, bridge would now be in F Maj.! [ again user friendly }. Astrid likely would have been fine, range-wise, if Ipa had been in D, Eb, E, or maybe even F (concert)...M

Wonderful lesson easy to follow and a great tune as well. I noticed you don't bend your fingers in unnatural ways when playing the chords. The chord shapes look quiet comfortable.
