I currently have the 17th edition not the 11th. So when I make a new project, the first line always shows as the error "Must declare a named package". What should I do it prevents me from running any code!

I'm not sure why I am having so many difficulties with this process... After I install Ninite and try to run the eclipse executable, I get this message:

Failed to load the JNI shared library "C:\Program

I feel so hopeless at this point. This is the third tutorial I have followed and I guess something is just wrong with my PC which completely eludes me.

Can you install this on a flashdrive and use it on any computer without having to install it on that computer? I'd like to practice programming at work when I have free time without having to download the whole thing on my work computer. Great Tutorial, thank you very much!
